Hardware

CIAB Monitoring Unit

The core hardware enclosure housing our proprietary vibration models and edge processing — installed directly at the machine. Anomaly detection software is embedded into the unit's firmware; Controls interface modules and data export Ethernet modules can be combined and configured to your needs.

Sensors

Vibration, power, torque, and other analog and digital sensors mounted on your equipment to continuously capture machine and process signals. Fully customizable to match your specific machine and application needs.

Cables

Industrial-grade cables connecting sensors, machine controls, communication plate, and Ethernet switch to the monitoring unit — customized in length, routing, and configuration to fit your setup.

Software

Communication Interface / Utility Software
